WHAT IS THE BRIEF?
As a quality brand covered by insurance, Sanofi needs to educate patients about their ability and right to ask for more quality drugs covered in their insurance.
WHAT REALLY IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Vietnamese people are reluctant to question the doctors. Too much respect (doctors know best,) afraid of rude reaction from doctors, worry of making doctors feel defensive – these stops them from being active and responsible for their own health.
WHAT IS THE IDEA?
"ASK FOR YOUR INTEREST" We created an Online Video that showcases how people can have better benefits if they ask more in their life, including asking your doctors for better quality drugs.
